HOW IT WORKS It's simple! Just follow these easy steps: 1. Check Our Show List - Visit our "Free Shipping to Shows" page to see if your event is included. We regularly update this list with upcoming shows across the country. Don't see your show? Contact us at 815-234-4564 - we may be able to add it! Your show must be approved and listed on our Free Ship to Show Program first in order for us to ship to that event. We require approval from the show personnel and a minimum of 6 orders or a combined dollar amount total of at least $350 to provide this service. 2. Shop as Usual - Browse our full selection and add the items you need to your cart. 3. Add Your Show to Your Cart - Don't forget to add your specific show from our "Free Shipping to Shows" page to your cart. This tells us where to deliver your order. 4. We'll Handle the Rest - We'll pack and ship your supplies directly to the show venue, so they're waiting for you when you arrive. ** Please Note: Shipping charges will appear during checkout, but don't worry! We will manually remove your shipping cost prior to processing your payment. You will only be charged for your products.
